I've been boarding my dogs here for 20 years and after what I've seen for kennels, this one's better than any other I've seen. They keep the dogs comfortable and give them lots of attention. They have informed me alot about dog diet and behavior and I am grateful to them for it. I don't know what the other two weirdos' agenda is who posted negative and outright lies on here, but obviously they don't understand that you don't just walk into a business that is by reservation only and demand special treatment. Perhaps if they knew what insurance costs are for dog boarding kennels, they'd shut their mouths.

This kennel is amazing. My parents have been taking our dogs there for 30 years, and they have the best experience. Recently, one of our dogs, an eleven year old beagle, was attacked by an off leash dog and had 6 inch deep puncture wounds in his neck. Max was lucky to survive the experience. Unfortunately, my parents had a non-refundable trip planned and were set to leave only five days after the attack. We didn't know what to do as we were scarred to leave the poor dog after such a horrible event. Natalie, the owner, and her entire staff have been amazing. They put Max and our other dog, Molly, in a special suite where the staff can watch them all the time to make sure MAx's wound is healing appropriately, and where they aren't surrounded by other dogs. The staff clearly feels as bad for Max as we do, and have gone out of their way to make him comfortable, including checking his wound, staying with him and giving him a break from the cone, calling us to let us know how they are doing. I can't thank them enough for taking such great care of Max and Molly, and can't recommend the Country Inn enough!

I have been taking my dog(s) to the County Inn for almost 18 years. I have Siberian Huskies, which are very active and high maintenance. The staff clearly loves the dogs, and everyone has been most accomodating of any dietary or medical needs. One time they were booked, and I took the dog to Bridewell Kennels. Never again!
I completely trust everyone at the County Inn.

I can't say enough good things about The Country Inn. We have been customers for 23 years. Both of our Shepherds have been high-maintenance, and Natalie and her team have been wonderful with them. We also have a couple of small dogs, and they have been equally loved at The Country Inn. We come from Oakland, which is quite a drive, but we wouldn't take our pups anywhere else.

I can't count the number of times we left our dog there, sometimes for well over a week. Natalie and others there care deeply about the dogs there and I have full confidence whenever we use Country Inn.
